Strategic Objective
To increase our visibility as a research group, increasing the number and quality of projects. To enhance close collaboration with the European Society of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care (ESAIC) and the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA), having also collaborative projects at national level working together within the framework of the Spanish Society of Anaesthesia and Resuscitation (SEDAR).
To strengthen our collaboration with other research groups led by our senior colleagues, obstetricians, paediatricians, other surgeons and research groups of nurses and midwives.
Encourage young researchers to initiate PhD projects in an established research area.

• Analysis of Spanish data of EPIMAP study
• Evaluation of Point of care devices in severe Postpartum Haemorrhage
• Cesarean section practice in Europe. ACCESS project
• Labour analgesia initiation with epidural, DPE or CSE
• Labour epidural analgesia maintenance with low vs ultralow solutions. Any difference in outcomes and satisfaction?
• Anesthetic and perioperative management of severe preeclamptic patients. An international (Israel and Spain) collaborative project
