In the last years, IdiPAZ has realized as that the number of projects that clinical researchers apply to Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) call has being decreased. There are a variety of factors that could be involved in this trend. In order to solve this situation the scientific direction of IdiPAZ and FIBHULP has created a new program focusing on helping clinical researchers to apply competitive calls, especially the main national call for health research projects: “
Acción Estratégica en Salud (AES)"
The objectives of the program are: increasing the number of clinical research in IdiPAZ, avoiding a generational leap of clinical researchers, strengthening the research profile of our clinical staff and becoming IdiPAZ a clinical research model, as the same level that IdiPAZ is in the clinical trials.
To achieve the goals of the program is necessary to start some action plans focusing on different weakness that have been detected: creation of CV in official format, enable synergies to create research groups, support from the different platforms of IdiPAZ, services of medical writing and stand out the impact and the strategic priorities of the projects for the National Health System.
